Today: District 3 Softball Northeastern at Shippensburg, 4:30 pm


Any girls interested in playing JV/Varsity Girls Volleyball next fall are invited to attend an introductory meeting on Monday May 23rd at 7pm in the High School Cafeteria.  At this meeting, new Girls Volleyball coach Autumn Wise will be there to meet interested student-athletes and she will go over the summer schedule.  If you cannot be at this meeting but would like to tryout please contact Coach Wise at

Anyone attending events (practices or games) at the Stadium, Baseball Field, Softball Field and JV Softball Field must park in the parking lot between the high school and the middle school.  There will be no parking on Cherry Lane (alley below the stadium), behind the concession stand, along the right field foul line on the JV softball field or on Hartman Street.  This will be strictly enforced starting Friday 3/25.  Violators will be towed if they are parked in restricted areas.  Handicap parking with shuttle service will be available in the high school lot.  


Dogs are not allowed on School Property unless they are a service dog that is wearing the appropriate vest indicating such.

Also, please remember Northeastern is a tobacco free environment.  Cigarettes, Cigars, Pipes, Vaping Devices and Chewing Tobacco are prohibited from being used on district property.


We will be charging admission for all activities at the stadium.  


  • Jr. High Football, Jr. High Field Hockey, Varsity Field Hockey -- $2 for adults $1 for students

  • Football, JV/Varsity Boys Soccer, JV/Varsity Girls Soccer -- $5 for adults, $3 for students 


Congratulations to senior Stephen Barlett for winning his fourth straight YAIAA Diving championship and breaking a league record with 520.40 points. Barlett wasn't done there as he won his third straight District 3 3A championship. He earned a bronze medal at the PIAA championships.

Indoor track news: Mike Alicea ran the 60m Hurdles at the PTFCA Indoor State Championship this Sunday at Penn State University and earned a bronze medal. Third in the state is quite the accomplishment. Well done Mike.


Track's regular YAIAA season is complete, the girls went 3-3, boys 2-4. The District 3 Class 3A Championships are Friday and Saturday at Shippensburg University.

Boys Tennis finished the regular season with an 8-6 record.

Boys Volleyball go revenge on Central with a 3-1 win to open the district tournament but fell in the second round Saturday at Palmyra, 3-1 to end the season. 

Baseball lost at South Western Tuesday, 6-0. The Bobcats swept a home doubleheader Wednesday, ripping York High in the opener, 13-1, then topping Big Spring 2-1 in the nightcap.

Softball opened the District 3 5A playoffs Monday and came away with a 4-3 upset at Palmyra in eighth innings.
